The Savoia Palace Hotel Brunch

All day, every day from 8:30 to 17:30, in the Savoia Caffè with its fireplace: brunch is where breakfast meets lunch, to be enjoyed at leisure even when you come back from the slopes in the middle of the day. It is open to non-residents too; booking is appreciated (phone). At lunchtime the menu also includes pasta and main courses: we do not offer full board — lunch is à la carte with a supplement according to what you order.

Savoury — Full English breakfast 16 € · Crostone Savoia (poached eggs, guacamole, sun-dried tomato, cheese shavings) 16 € · Crostone Pinzolo (poached eggs on nettle sprouts, carne salada, spicy truffle sauce) 18 € · Crostone Nordico (nettle, Norwegian salmon, macadamia, tuna sauce, capers) 18 € · Sandwich Brenta (chicken, tomato, cheddar, bacon, chips) 12 € · Sandwich Campiglio (salad, mayonnaise, grilled tomato, avocado, cucumber and carrots) 12 € · Storo polenta concia timbale with Dobbiaco cheese and sausage 12 € · Pretzel on mixed leaves with carne salada and walnuts 10 € · Tomato carpaccio with buffalo mozzarella 16 € · Cured trout slices with gherkins, butter and black bread 18 € · Omelette (ham and cheese, mushrooms, courgettes, spinach) 10 €.

Sweet — Pancakes with red-fruit mousse and maple syrup 8 € · Sacher, Linzer, Trentino apple strudel with cream, tiramisù in a cup 5 €.

The buffet breakfast and frequently asked questions

Buffet breakfast from 7:30 to 11:00: hot drinks, juices, croissants, home-made cakes, eggs and bacon, cold cuts, fruit. For non-residents it costs 20 € and gives a 50 % discount on dishes cooked to order.

Until what time is breakfast served? Buffet until 11:00; then à la carte brunch until 17:30.

Is it open to those not staying at the Savoia? Yes; booking is appreciated.
